I had felt called to this rite for a while. If I had more money I'd probably do most of them offered by Sara. Apparently Abaddon came in strong with me. I've never worked with Abaddon/Apollo before. I plan to in the future. As a side note, I think it's good to do a thankyou ritual to the spirits involved after.
It's only been a few days, but I noticed feeling more grounded and level-headed. I'm always trying to release emotional and psychological baggage but this gave me a boost. I went to work the next day and I felt more emotionally stable. It was easier to remain positive and in control. I recommend this and Sara's rites to anyone.
