It means that you depend on others too much whether it be for approval or physical well-being. You may lack the ability to identify your TRUE self because you are too busy pleasing others. STOP IT!
Signs of codependency:
Low self-esteem;
Low levels of narcissism;
Familial dysfunction;
Depression;
Anxiety;
Stress;
Low emotional expressivity.

Stop watching those videos and researching co-dependency and do something about it instead! Sadly they can easily identify the problem but helping you solve it seems to be lacking.
